Office Manager - Valencia

Avansel Selección, a recruitment consultancy, is seeking an Office Manager for one of its clients.



This full-time position will work directly with the office director. The manager will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. 
Creating and maintain a pleasant work environment is a must while ensuring high levels of organization effectiveness and communication. Overall, the manager should ensure smooth operations of the office and help in the improvement of company procedures for the day to day operation.



  • High level of English written and verbal
  • Experience managing personnel (1-5 team members)
  • Computer proficiency (MS office and working with online service providers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work weekends and late shifts
  • Understand online payment transactions (preferably)
  • Experience training other personnel (preferably)
  • Schedule is Monday-Sunday 3pm-11pm or 4pm to 12am
  • Salary: 25000-28000/gross salary a year
