Customer Service para Pilar de la Horadada, Alicante

AVANSEL SELECCIÓN, a Human Resources Consultancy company, performs a staff selection process for a Customer Service position for a high growth company located in the town of Pilar de la Horadada.



  • Depending on Management, you will be responsible for offering the services of the company, generating maximum confidence and with the best treatment for the client.
    • Establish contact with customers provided by the company 
    • Advise the client regarding the debts contracted by this
    • Resolution and management of debt records 
    • Attention to the public



  • We are looking for a professional with demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in similar positions and who meets the following requirements:
    • Native english or bilingual.
    • Enthusiastic initiative, decisive, organized, empathetic and customer oriented.
    • Good communication skills (spoken and written).
    • User level knowledge of the Microsoft Office.
    • Previous experience in sales and customer service.
    • Knowledge and / or previous experience in finance and / or insurance.
    • Accustomed to working by objectives and deadlines.



  • Indefinite contract with a 9-month trial period. 
  • Full intensive afternoon session. 
  • Fixed salary between 14,400 and 16,800 more variable by objectives. 
  • Real possibilities of internal promotion to positions of greater responsibility and retribution.
